RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items sold in our website have gone through quality control procedures. In case of any damage, defective, or wrong item shipped, we will replace the item for you.
- Kindly send an email to customersupportph@illestglobal.com for your return/exchange request within 7 days of order receipt.
- Return the item/s within 14 days upon receiving an email confirmation from us.
- If the reason for the return is defective or damaged item/s, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred.
- If you want to change it due to preference, you will be charged for all shipping/delivery incurred. Customers may exchange an item only ONCE.
- In case item/s to be exchanged have a higher value than that of the original item/s purchased, the customer will shoulder the additional cost.
Refund – All items are non-refundable. No refund will be made for item/s to be exchanged that are of lesser value than the original item/s purchased. Websites have the right not to honor the exchange in case item/s has been damaged or worn.
Item/s to be exchanged must be in the exact condition from the time it was purchased: unworn, unused and unwashed with all labels intact.
Our process for your refund usually takes 7 to 14 business days.
